By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Enrolment in a training programme forms a separate agreement once we confirm fees, dates, and inclusions in writing.

Training described on this site

Pages describing Foundations, mentoring, and Chart Clinic are informational. They do not constitute an offer of financial product advice, brokerage services, or managed trading. Market trading involves risk of loss. Past student stories do not guarantee future results.

Enquiries and accounts

When you submit the contact form you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that we may reply using the email or phone number supplied. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current for any active enrolment.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, replays, session notes, and website copy remain the property of Cloud Technologies. Enrolled students receive a personal licence to use materials for their own study during and after the programme as stated in their enrolment note. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of replays is not permitted.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape content at scale, or submit abusive or fraudulent enquiries. We may refuse service where conduct undermines other students or our instructors.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you make after training. Our liability for a confirmed training purchase is limited to the fees paid for that purchase where a remedy is required.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Courts in that state have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.
